- 1. Agreement and Acceptance
- By placing an order with Ara Vibe, the customer agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Any deviation from these terms must be agreed upon in writing by Ara Enterprise in advance.
- 2. Payment Terms
All payments for purchases must be made in full at the time of order using the available online payment options (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking).
In cases where post-payment terms are applicable (for corporate or wholesale clients), invoices must be settled within 21 working days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of delayed payment, Ara Enterprise reserves the right to charge a late fee of 10% of the outstanding amount and to suspend any pending orders or services without further notice.
3. Late Payment & Recovery
If payment remains outstanding beyond 60 days, Ara Enterprise may engage a third-party recovery agency. Any recovery costs, legal or administrative, will be borne by the customer.
4. Withholding Tax & International Orders
Ara Enterprise operates under Indian jurisdiction. Customers outside India are responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, or withholdings as per their country's laws. The full invoice amount remains payable to Ara Vibe, excluding such external costs.
5. Product Delivery and Liability
While we aim to deliver products within the specified timeframe (usually 3–7 business days in India), Ara Enterprise shall not be held liable for any delays due to third-party logistics or unforeseen events.
All items are shipped after quality checks. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ara Vibe is a retail platform and not a manufacturer. We source products from trusted partners and suppliers. While we assure quality and satisfaction, Ara Vibe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or customer claims.
7. Claims and Complaints
Any complaints or disputes must be formally reported to araenterprises11@gmail.com within 8 days of delivery. For faster resolution, include your order number, issue description, and product photos (if applicable).
8. Governing Law
All transactions, terms, and disputes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India. Legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chandrapur.
